Instructions
  1. Take 1/2 kg of sausage meat in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped onion, mixed dried herbs pleed 1 tablespoon in the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl properly.
  4. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into two pieces and paste the mixture from the bowl around the pieces of eggs.
  5. Take some flour, breadcrumbs, and egg in three separate bowls.
  6. First roll the egg coated pieces in flour, dip in the egg bowl and coated with breadcrumbs.
  7. Left them for 1 hour.
  8. Fry them in oil for 10 mints until they become crispy.
  9. Drain them on the plate, drop some salt and black pepper on them.
  10. Serve them with salad.
