- 6 Chicken breasts thinly sliced pieces (skinless and boneless)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 ounces Onion and chive cream cheese container (7.5 ounces)
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 Parsley for garnish

- Pre-heat your oven to 400˚ F.
- On a baking dish, measuring 9×13 inches, spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Lay chicken breast slices on a sheet and tenderize it using a meat tenderizer.
- Season the tenderized chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- On each breast piece, spread onion, and chive cream cheese.
- Roll the chicken breasts, locking the stuffing in it.
- Roll or wrap a piece of bacon strip around each rolled chicken breast.
- Secure the ends using a toothpick, if needed.
- In a pan, lay them down with seam side downwards.
- Bake it for 30 minutes.
- Then broil it on high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- When the bacon turns crispy, remove it.
- Garnish using fresh parsley.
- Serve hot
Note:
If you cut the chicken in small parts and, then you repeat the above-mentioned process, your cooked bite-sized chicken can be eaten as an appetizer.
