Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
Combine the flour, salt, and lemon pepper seasoning and mix them together.
Pour this mixture into a deep bowl or onto a plate.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Dredge the breast pieces in the mixture of flour, and turn them to coat evenly.
Once coated, place the breast piece in the pan. Cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes or until done.
Removed the cooked chicken from the pan. Place it on a plate and cover it to keep it warm.
