- 4 Boneless chicken breasts thin cut and skinless
- 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon pepper seasoning
- Salt: to taste
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley chopped

- Combine the flour, salt, and lemon pepper seasoning and mix them together.
- Pour this mixture into a deep bowl or onto a plate.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Dredge the breast pieces in the mixture of flour, and turn them to coat evenly.
- Once coated, place the breast piece in the pan. Cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes or until done.
- Removed the cooked chicken from the pan. Place it on a plate and cover it to keep it warm.
