Instructions
  1. Take oil in a large saucepan and sauté chicken and sausages for 5 minutes.
  2. Add onion and celery to it and sauté for another 6 – 8 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add in the broth, rice, tomatoes, thyme, and Cajun seasoning and stir.
  4. Bring it to boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the rice becomes tender.
